Admission Process Rolling Hills Country Day School offers an ongoing admission and application process. Applications are accepted one year in advance of your child entering RHCDS starting in September of the prior year. Download and print an Information Request Form (Acrobat PDF format) to begin the process. At RHCDS we offer a variety of Discovery Days and Evaluation Days beginning in November. We offer campus tours and information sessions all year long. Please call P.J. Rodilitz, Admissions Director, anytime to set up an appointment at: (310) 377 4848, Ext. 22 or e-mail prodilitz@rhcds.com. First Step: Call to discuss any questions you may have, schedule a campus tour, or chose a Discovery Day to attend. After realizing that Country Day School would be a match for your child and family, obtain and submit an application along with a $125 non-refundable application fee. Applications can be obtained through the website, by filling out the Online Request Form, or by calling P.J. Rodilitz, Admissions Director at (310) 377-4848 Ext. 22. Second Step: Submit your application and select an evaluation day and time during February or March. If you submit an application after March, please contact P.J. Rodilitz at 310.377.4848, Ext. 22 for additional evaluation days. Third Step: Attend the chosen Evaluation Day with your child.   Fourth Step: Notification of your child's admission status will be mailed to you by late March. You may schedule an appointment after that notification to discuss your child's test scores and ask any additional questions. If your child is accepted to Country Day School, a deposit is required within 14 days to secure his/her space. If accepted into the waiting pool, we will contact you with updates throughout the spring and summer. Fifth Step: Once you are a part of the Country Day family, you may look forward to timely communications and orientation information. A "buddy" will be assigned to each new First through Eighth grade student to help assist with their transition into the Country Day School family.
