One of our Grade 5 students was the lucky recipient of being Head of Lower School for the Day.

Her family won this wonderful opportunity at Country Day’s annual carnival, HeyDay. It was one of many silent auction items. She spent the day with Ms. Tillson, Head of Lower School and was very busy throughout the day. Her day started off greeting students and parents before school and leading our morning flag ceremony for grades one through five. She attended the weekly Parents Association President meeting with Administration, made sure recess was running smoothly, attended our Middle School’s Renaissance Fair and checked on Student Council’s bake sale. She had a very special lunch with Ms. Tillson and invited a friend. After lunch, she checked on both kindergarten classes and completed daily office work. The day flew by and before she knew it, it was dismissal time!

A memorable day shared by our student and Ms. Tillson.
